Today, I’m excited to announce we are launching Portfolio PowerPoint export!
With this update, you can export your portfolio data directly to PowerPoint presentations with just a few clicks. You can now creates slides containing your portfolio lists, status updates, and milestones, saving teams valuable time on executive reporting.
Teams can customize these presentations while maintaining Asana as their source of truth, ensuring that executive reviews and operating summaries always reflect accurate, up-to-date portfolio data.
This is so cool and helpful! I liked also the slides with the details for each project. My only problem though is that we had a portfolio that had 95 projects so I only had the info for 20 of them.
But nevertheless this is a cool start.
@Emily_Roman - will this be rolling out for projects as well? we have a broader status update slide deck that we have to copy data out of asana for, because using screenshots of the update or the PDF export is too difficult to read.

We have portfolio’s in portfolio’s, this feature only export one layer. It would be awesome if it could export alle the layers till the projects.
Totally agree. We have 50 projects per portfolio currently and it will continue growing. Excited to see this expand to more rows and columns (and hopefully some more robust sorting features in portfolio views too!)
We are still waiting for our Asana license to be updates to have access to portfolios but I am curious will there be an option to export to Google slides as well or is the only the option to sync to google sheets?
Is there a plan to do a powerpoint and/or PDF export for dashboards? This would be amazing rather than having to save individual graphics and piece together. I deliver a monthly data dashboard with several graphics, and would like the option to take a point in time full dashboard and pop it into a presentation as a single step.
I agree this is a great start; however, it would be great to be able to export portfolio dashboard information. Also the portlets within the status updates themselves do not export - just placeholders. It would be really great to be able to customize status updates themselves a little more and to be able to customize the template that this exports to as well as add graphics that are attached at the status updates or within the projects themselves. It could be a really powerful tool that way.

We don’t have plans to launch this feature on projects but we will notify you if we plan to support this in the future.
