Ability to automate mass deletion of comments based on the create user OR bulk delete?

Hi,

Here is the scenario:

  • One of the team admins that manages our Jira → Asana workflows accidently mapped comments into one of our Client facing projects
  • We were able to shut down the mapping, however now we have internally facing jira comments populated in the Asana comments / activity.
  • We’d like to be able to remove in bulk/mass - the challenge is from what I am seeing only the create user can delete comments one by one. This is not feasible - tasks are in the thousands.

Options I explored - am I missing anything as far as how this could be handled without crushing admin?

  • Studio AI → I was not able to write or find any rule that bulk deletes based on comment owner
  • Copy an entirely new project → which won’t pull over any of the comments. Challenge - there might be some comments we want to preserve that were NOT dropped in via the sync
