I see that there was a previous request to add text boxes or images to forms, which was considered solved, as there is now the ability to add images.
I want to add text only to forms. The use case is that we’ll use the form for project intake, but we need a text box to communicate terms of use (i.e., that our team will review the request, may request additional details, reserves the right to decide which contributed news we will post to our social media accounts, content may be declined for specific reasons, etc.) I don’t want to add this at the top of the form because it will come across as very unfriendly. I’d like to have this text appear directly above the submit button. Is this possible?
A little-known hack is to use a multi-select question. Type all your text into the question box and optionally in it’s description box. Then simply do not add any multi-select options. That’s it!
