With the new update of Team sharing on Projects, I would like to see the ability to add team using Rules and Templates. We have an intake workflow process that leads to creation of projects through rules using templates. There is no place to add a team there currently. So when a new project gets created someone has to manually go into the project and add the team. This is a manual intervention in our otherwise complete automation of work.

As Rules for Portfolios or Projects is in development that might be a good place to add this functionality.

I agree with Shalley. Currently, my managers look into my portfolio dashboard to see the status of my projects. I manually add my team to each project that comes in (automatically set up with form, task, and make task a project rules) as we do not want to individually add users and create extra noise. Automation for team adds would be super helpful!
