A tour of an Asana Expert's account (November 2025)

Want to see how the experts use Asana? Take a tour of the MinorCo Asana; we’re an approved Asana Solutions partner and this is how we use Asana to run our business:

:white_check_mark: It’s the first tool members of my team login to each day.
:white_check_mark: It’s where everyone can see their tasks.
:white_check_mark: It’s where we communicate with one another (we don’t use email, Slack or Teams).
:white_check_mark: It’s how we access documents and resources related to our work.
:white_check_mark: It’s where I can assign goals to my team.
:white_check_mark: View our workload and capacity.
:white_check_mark: Plan content (like this video).
:white_check_mark: … I basically consider Asana to be our virtual office.

I recently did a spring clean of our Asana account (it’s spring here in Auckland) and thought it would be a great opportunity to show you how we’ve structured everything and what a well-built account looks like.

Thanks, I’d love to hear what you think

Thanks for sharing! It would be great to see more people doing this. I think one of the most helpful things is seeing how others actually use the platform and structure their work. Watching real examples gives so much inspiration, it’s the best way to learn and adapt ideas that work. As they say, “Steal like an artist!”

Thanks. We have a lot of clients who are using 20% of Asana’s features and capabilities. This was a fun video to make sure show what full adoption and usage of Asana looks like!
