Our solution provider is using their project management tool and we at enterprise level using Asana to manage projects internally as well, how should we proceed where we have the least duplication and our team members do not have to update and check multiple platforms.
Maybe consider a third-party app like https://unito.io/ to keep the two environments in sync?
Otherwise, agree to separate a certain class of work in their app and another in your app and each use both apps when needed.
May I move this thread away from this private group so 600k+ others can benefit?
