1:1 Projects - Best Practices

The Asana Custom 1:1 feature seems to have some extras that aren’t in that template. You know it’s different because once it’s setup it has a custom link when you hover over a teammates photo that says “View 1:1 project”

And the icon for the project shows the two peoples’ faces.

Especially it creates get ready tasks, which don’t seem to be linked to a Rule (there are no rules in the project). Is there a way to disable this get ready task since it’s kind of spammy?
