1:1 meetings - task privacy question!

Gday all, I’ve done some searching but just can’t seem to locate the answer I’m looking for!

I have a Management Team which sits above a Sales Team and other teams.

Within this Management Team I have a project for meetings where I have created 1:1 meetings with the staff (not in the management team) as TASKS.

If I allocate a certain member of the Sales Team as the assignee of the TASK, then I multi-home the task to another project (shared with the Sales Team), will the task be visible ONLY to the person it’s assigned to, or the whole Sales Team?

The task will be visible to the whole Sales Team by virtue of the project (which means all its tasks) being shared with the team.
