Your year in Asana came and went!

I saw the popup for my lpb.com org but was in the middle of something and dismissed it without watching.

I thought we learned this year there would be an affordance somewhere to (re)run it but I don’t see one so I haven’t yet seen it there.

When I enter Your Asana 2024 Year In Review • Asana I get:

In a Phoenix org, I ran it when I saw the first popup, and now in that org I can run the link above and it works. However, in both cases, I have two problems with it:

First, I see this:

(The “NaN” is the Javascript representation of a numeric being not a number.)

Second, if I progress to the next bar at the bottom (the fourth one) it’s fine, but at the fifth one the entire browser page is replaced by a white screen; no text/background/bars/nothing and I have to reload to start at the beginning and the same thing happens again.

Tagging @Forum-team in case this may be an indication that others could experience this too.

Clearly the issue is that you completed so much and saved so much time that you’ve exceeded the maximum number that can be represented in Javascript!

Hello, I’m experiencing the same issue. When I click on “My Year in Asana,” it shows the message “We had trouble loading your year in Asana.” What can I do to view it? I tried changing browsers, using Brave and Safari, but the problem persists.

Hi @Ramon_Vasquez welcome to our Asana Forum, and sorry to hear that you are running into issues. The message you mentioned could indicate a browser-related problem. Could you try accessing it in an incognito window?

Even though you’ve tested in different browsers, cached data, cookies, or browser extensions might still be interfering with the feature. If the issue persists, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our Support team and they will have the tools to investigate this further for you. :slight_smile:

Hi @Vanessa_N Mine is also not working in Chrome and Safari in Australia.
I also tried the incognito advice and this did not work either.
I click on ‘Year in review’ and a badly-sized message about cookies appears briefly, disappears, and then I am left with a blank, white screen of nothing.

@Vanessa_N I’m having the exact same issue. Any advise on getting this resolved? I have tried all the troubleshooting steps on the help center article with no luck.

Same problem for my team. It loads a broken cookies banner and then just blank screen. Hopefully it can be sorted soon.
