Hello,
Is it possible to manage total effort count on a single project. It sums up task count, but i cannot find the sum on a project level. I know that you can add custom level for hours per project.
But to do a proper ressource management in a portfolio it would be wonderful to have an overview here on project workload…
Any one having any insight here.
Maybe i need to export the data and create a Dashboard external to Asana…?

Hi @krestine_mougaard, welcome to the Asana Community Forum!
You can create a report by project and effort custom field using the Advanced Search feature:
In your report, you can multi-select your tasks to see the total of the custom field values.
Alternatively, you can also export your project to CSV and convert to Excel or Google Sheets.
