Thanks for posting this! I’ve worked from home for the past 3 years now, but others within my company hasn’t.
It can definitely have it’s challenges with keeping the team productive, especially when they haven’t done it before. Now it’s becoming mandatory for all of us to work from home.
I spent the past week updating my templates and helping others get setup in Asana. I’ve created videos showing teams how to navigate and create their own projects.
This is affecting to many people, I’m just trying to do my part and help out where I can.
Our team, volunteers have been working from home from the start. We did meet up on Wednesdays or some on Saturday to work together but Google Meet, Asana and Workplace Chat is our friend! You all got this?
