Thank you @Carla_Bagdonas! This was a solid tutorial. I really appreciate these tips. Asana is so powerful that I think people overlook taking the time to step back and deciding how they are going to approach their workflow. I got a lot out of this.
Thank you for these tips. Asana, in combination with Employee monitoring - WorkTime, really helped our company to get through the hard times of Covid. We had to completely rethink our structure with the outbreak of Covid as we had planned to launch in May with a more face-to-face, door-to-door format. Big companies might just throw money at it, but small business owners’ opportunities like this are an essential part of growing by spending time and not just money on the company.
Thanks for this. Very useful. I’ve recently moved to remote working at home.
From time to time I’m out on the road and remain wary of using public wifi for remote working so I’m thinking of investing in a mobile Internet dongle.
Thank you so much for sharing these tips, @Carla_Bagdonas! I’ve been using Asana for a while, and these tips really helped me understand how to improve collaboration with my team.
My Business is completey Remote as we do not have a physical office setup my team and i work remotley and use tools like Asana Also, I wanted to mention that using Asana together with Employee Monitoring - TimeChart has been a game changer for us. Asana helped our team stay organized and on track, especially when working remotely and during and after covid this has helped us a lot. It’s great to see how small businesses, like mine, can grow by focusing on smart time management, rather than just spending money.
Have any other small business owners here tried integrating Asana with their existing business system? Would love to hear how it’s worked for you!
