Hi
I am looking to create a workflow that when a task is marked as complete another new task (or follow up task) is created automatically. Example: a service / product is delivered and a task is marked complete and so then a subsequent invoicing task is created and assigned to accounts
Any help would be greatly appreciated

You can use a rule to add a subtask and assign it to someone when a task is completed.
