Hey Community,
I am building out next year’s goals for me and my team, but I am running into this issue:
I keep seeing my personal goals show up in company goals. My persona goals parent goal is a team goal, and the team goals parent goal is the company goal, which works fine, but for the life of me, I can’t get it to ladder up correctly.
I’ve deleted this a few times now, and I know something is amiss here. lol
Any ideas?
I bet you’re not leaving the “Company or accountable team” field empty:
If you click the My Goals tab, then the blue Add goal button, empty is the default, but that may not be the case if you enter goals otherwise.

I automatically assigned it to TekConnected as that obviously makes the most sense to me! Alas, I should know better.
