Why are the default reports unremovable?

Why are the default reports unremovable? I don’t use them and think the sidebar might look cleaner if they were removed.

How do I delete the default reports?

I can’t see to find a delete button anywhere…

How do I re-arrange and/or delete system Reports on the sidebar? I do not use any of the system Reports and would like to have my custom Reports more easily accessible.
