Where did the "Save View" option for Projects go?

I have projects that I need to save the view (formatted/sorted in a certain way) to save that as the default view for everyone. That used to be under the Options button on the right side of the screen.

I do not see it there now, nor under “customize” nor under the project details dropdown menu.

Where did it move to? I have one project especially that we re-worked that was previously defaulted to a list view but NEEDS to default to Board view for all users.

That’s actually not handled by the Save view button which saves other settings for a view.

To save which tab is made the default view, that’s here–click the tab one to change that view, then again to see the menu shown below:

Thank you. That fixed what I needed.

The “Save View” button is still under options, I suppose, but it only manifests if you make a change to something like turn on/off a filter.

Yes, it only appears when you have just set a filter, sort, group, other change and now the current state no longer matches the last saved options.

But it doesn’t appear in Options; it shows here:

@lpb, I think @Matt5 means the Save view button also shows up at the bottom of the new Options pane once a field is switched on/off.

Thanks, @Richard_Sather. Yes, I misunderstood. It does appear at the bottom of that dialog when you make a change in that dialog. Even if you dismiss that dialog without doing Save view there, the Save view button I showed also appears and remains; the same one when you make other changes than toggling fields on/off.
