What's going on with Help Center?

I’m getting a log-in loop in the Help Center. I need assistance with retrieving a private board from my organization but cannot get in touch with the Help Center for it. I’ve seen other people having this issue. I’ve tried Safari browser and Incognito mode with no luck. Can someone help please?

The recent help-center launch hasn’t gone as smooth as Asana hoped.

This has been going on over a month now if not more…any timeline to fix such a crucial feature?

As soon as possible. But we don’t know when this will be.

Believe me that Asana is doing everything to resolve this quickly. The fact that this is taking so long hints to the difficulty of fixing this.
