Is there a way for non-Asana account holders to have access to projects VIEW ONLY… this way they are able to see an overview without interacting?
@Taylor_Leatherwood - at the project level, you can make people viewers:
Wasn’t there a way to share a view only link of a project? People could see the project without signing up for Asana. Is this still possible?
@Herve_Buisset - yes good call, that’s also an option (see here) that has the advantage of not consuming licenses for viewers. One note, the data available on read-only links is really limited (I think it might be just assignee, due date, and task name).
In addition to the other posts here of alternate features, a new View only license is available free to Enterprise and Enterprise + plans for those colleagues with domain email addresses. More info:
