I’m having a hard time getting my head around how our account would work with people in my organization who would need to add and edit tasks and workspaces vs those in our organization who would simply need to see calendars and task details.
We are considering moving our content calendars (and everything else as well) into Asana. Probably only about 30 or so people in our organization of 70 would need to actually use Asana for task and project management. But the rest of them would need to be able to see the tasks that we’re putting in.
I would not want to make our calendars publicly available, but to use the option that makes the calendars visible only to people in our organization.
From what I can see, it seems like the only way that I can do this is to have every person in our organization have an Asana account, which means that each of them would need to have a paid seat in our account, even if they’re only viewing project details.
Do I have this correct, or is there a way to have a view-only account that is not a paid seat in our account?
