I am trying to add a Field from the Hide Section of my Project. I am wanting to add the Projects field. I have to do this for all my projects and save for all but I just want this by default for all my team. I want the Projects section below to be seen on all my Team Projects. Why cannot I do this?

Indeed, I think this is not possible at the moment.
In my current knowledge, a standard field :
- can not be configured for a team or the whole organization,
- also not in a project template,
- and also not with the Enterprise feature Bundles.
I would suggest training your team to use that field; or add a task in your project template to remind your team to activate that field when kicking-off any project.
