Using Templates to create a Professional Development Plan

I am trying to find a template that has a structure to be used for a Professional Development Plan/Career Growth Plan. New and Existing employees will use the tool

HI @Amanda_Hopper welcome to the forum, there is not one on the Asana Templates Library but you can make your own.

Something perhaps like the above could work, you can use custom fields to show progress too.
