Hi everyone and thanks for reaching out!

The Microsoft Power Automate + Asana app integration is built by a third-party developer and the best way to get support is by reaching out to the Microsoft Power Automate community. You can also visit this Microsoft resource guide as a reference.

I hope this helps and sorry we couldn’t help you with more specific details!

Not really a solution, but I can provide potentially a few potential findings based on my communications so far in the past month.

  • Issue may be region specific.
  • Seemingly affecting ‘new’ or connections. that have ‘broken’ as they’re technically ‘new’ too when ‘reconnecting’.
  • They’ve been able to reproduce the issue.
  • They’re looking into a fix that doesn’t break currently working flows.

Hope this helps. So, if your flow currently works, don’t break the connection if possible.

To those that may Google/search for this issue, it is still happening as of 8/6/25

The issue has been fixed for my account by Microsoft and Asana implementing a solution for me. Not sure if I am a special case or if it has now been fixed for everyone.
