For this Question. Is there a Way to upload photos straight from your Phones Photos or does it have to go through a 3rd party like Icloud or Google Drive?

Yes, our mobile apps allow you to upload photos directly from your phone library.

You can simply click on the little photo icon to access your photo library or camera (See screenshot below)

Is there anyway to organize them into folders or sections?

Hmm 
if you have your photos organised into folders with your Photos phone app there might be a way:
- Follow the steps above and click on the tiles in the left bottom corner of your screen
- Then click on the arrow next to “Camera roll” at the very top of your screen > This will give you access to the folders you have built with your Photo app
