Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:
There is a bug on the upgrade checkout form that is preventing me from upgrading today (September 4).
I am attempting to upgrade my Organization to Premium; when I click Upgrade and then select Premium, it defaults to an Annual plan, and asks for payment details. If i click ‘Change plan’ and toggle it to Monthly, the page refreshes with the correct setting, but the credit card fields are no longer editable and no longer have the placeholder ‘xxxxx’ in them (see screenshot). Clicking into them or toggling with TAB does not work.
