Two-factor authentication disabled, but not by me.

Today I logged into Asana and was not required to use two-factor authentication. I checked my settings and 2FA was not enabled, but it was yesterday. How would this happen?

Hi @Beth_Medley , welcome to the forum :wave:

I think that would happen if you didn’t log out or left your computer on, so you are technically still logged into Asana on your browser.

Perhaps others can weigh in, too!

Thanks - The strange thing, when I checked my settings, 2FA was disabled and I had to re-enable it with a new QR code, like I had never signed up before.

Strange indeed! Perhaps your Asana Admin did something on their end?
