My company’s Asana is currently set up as one team with a Business plan. We would like to upgrade to an Organization with a Business plan (so we can have multiple teams). I first reached out on Jan. 7 and was routed to the sales team, then a specific salesperson. That person submitted an internal ticket for my upgrade. As of 1/25, we still do not have the upgrade. I asked again today and was told to contact billing. I reached out to Customer Support to get to billing and have received 3 emails from bots, none of which are related to my request.
Are we going to be able to upgrade our plan? Can anyone help?
