there really isn’t an “owner” which has dedicated admin control over it. There is a difference in access between members & limited access members. Check this link here for details: https://asana.com/guide/help/workspaces/basics#gl-people .

Any Workspace member can become the billing owner. But note if you’re in a Premium Workspace, only the Billing Owner will be able to convert it to an Organization.
