TIME BLOCKING TASKS x GOOGLE CALENDAR SYNC

We are struggling to use the platform for its use as we have tasks in there and cant sync to Google calender and then timeblock the tasks to get done.

Taking the time to complete, due date, priority level and ideally a setting to designate its done in 30 min, 1hr, 2hr blocks etc and sync it to Google calender searching for available slots.

ESSENTIAL to stay useful. Without timeblocking all the tasks are in a to-do column and its overwhelming to try and manage and organize day and week.

Hi @Von_Dellinger,

There is an existing Google Calendar sync. Can you elaborate on what specific capabilities you’re wanting that don’t now exist in the current integration? That’d be the most helpful to the Asana team for them to understand what’s currently missing that would be beneficial to you and your organization.

Adding a duration and due date in Asana would look for an time slot in the synced Google Calendar and place an event on the calendar which is linked to that Asana task.

The point would be automatically add a time block to Google for the user to complete the task
