We are currently scaling Asana across our Ops team, managing 20-25 projects simultaneously. We’ve hit a significant roadblock regarding Status Update standardization.
While I know Asana remembers the format after the first post, it creates a ‘cold start’ problem for our new project coordinators. With 25 projects running at once, we need a way to automatically provide a template or draft structure to ensure reporting remains consistent across the board from day one.
Is there a way to set a global template for status updates? If not, I’d appreciate any known workarounds to help us maintain consistency at this scale.
