When clicking a Team name on the Asana website and Asana App the Teams Dashboard doesn’t load. The loading spinner just constantly shows.

@sam-v-creative, I take it you mean the Teams Overview page? (Teams don’t have Dashboards)

I’ve also had some loading issues lately.
Clearing cache and cookies seems to do the trick!

That’s it and thanks. I’ve tried Chrome, Firefox, Safari and the Mac desktop app. Everything is up to date. I’m chatting with support now after having found the failsafe form.
As a side, I’ve been unable to get through to support without that form. I get the Saleforce error screen

Yup, that’s a known issue, as noted in the link that Larry provided above.

I’ll feedback after I’ve finished the support process in case there is something that might help regards my OG issue.

We are also having the same issue, using the search bar to find a Team just spins, as does trying to open a Team page using the sidebar. Both spins forever. Help.

My original support request has been escalated to a dedicated team.
Looks like Asana has pushed out a software update. All seems to work now. The desktop app also has an update this morning.
