Team Engagement/ Buy-in

Hi, Ambassador community!

Hope you are all good! We have recently enrolled in Asana and are currently progressing with rolling this out to the team.

We are having some teething issues with how to get the team involved and engaged across the whole program.

We have all undertaken the foundation course and several of us have completed the advanced, but we still seem to be struggling with the physical use of the platform.

Would anyone have any videos, or tips or advice as to how you successfully rolled this out throughout your team to all members?

I would also recommend starting small. Have them set up their My Tasks page and begin using it for their own daily tasks.

You could also hire a partner, like us, to hep with the deployment. We can help improve the processes, train the champions, train the users…
