I have several projects all under 1 team that and when I view the team as a whole in Asana, I would like the team calendar to show each project’s key dates. Right now, the whole team combined calendar shows only individual tasks, not even start/due dates for projects as a whole like each project calendar shows! When I get to the top team level, I want to see a bigger snapshot of where each project is, not an over-crowded view of every task happening on the micro-level.

If you are on a paid plan, I would highly encourage you to use the Portfolio feature for this purpose! You can create a Portfolio adding all the projects of your Team. This way you could have a bigger snapshot of each project like, status, progress, due date and more.
