Has anyone experienced tasks disappearing from projects? I was reviewing an archived project that was completed last fall and noticed some tasks were missing from the project. The tasks that are missing are seemingly random: a handful of tasks from a few different sections of the project.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Hi @Sarah_Cavanaugh, this could be due to a number of things:
A. check the filter settings of the projects (perhaps tasks are being marked complete and the filter is making them disappear
B. assignees or other users are deleting their ‘old’ tasks (clearly, not good practice to ever delete anything)
C. a rule might be moving the tasks out of the project
Hope these clues help you find what the issue is.
Thank you, Richard. I checked the filter settings and rules, and it doesn’t look like either of those is the culprit. I’ll check and see if assignees are deleting old tasks.
