Task Placement Inconsistency When Adding to Projects

I’ve noticed inconsistent behavior when adding tasks from My Tasks to projects. In some projects, my tasks appear at the top of the project list, but in others, they automatically go into specific sections within the project.

Is there a setting that would allow me to control this behavior? I’d prefer all tasks I add from My Tasks to consistently appear at the top of any project I add them to, rather than being automatically sorted into sections.

It would be because of a rule I guess. If you look at the task history (audit log, where the comments are) you can understand what happened.
