Task is showing as a task and a subtask - how do I remove it from the parent?

Hi everyone,

I accidentally made a main task into a sub task this morning. Using the drag and drop method, I was able to make it a task again. However, the same task is now showing as a task and a subtask.

Does anyone know how to remove it from being a subtask?
