Hi Asana team,
I’d love to request a feature that allows users to minimize or hide the visibility and project display section above each task title (the line that shows “Private to X” or lists the multiple projects a task is part of).
While I understand the importance of clarity around permissions and task location, this line can become visually cluttered, especially when tasks are multi-homed across several projects. For users working in content-heavy or admin-focused spaces, having the option for a cleaner, more minimalist task view would really improve focus and reduce visual noise.
Possible solutions:
- A toggle to collapse or hide the project/visibility display.
- A “minimalist mode” or accessibility setting that reduces visual elements.
- Displaying visibility info only on hover or via a dropdown.
Thanks for considering—and for continually improving the experience!
