Hide certain tasks in a list from guests so they don’t see the internal tasks unrelated to their to-do list. Example “Send client gift”…they don’t need to see that. Or ability to create a separate list within a project and hide that list from the guest.

Welcome back @Aubre_Walther, and thanks for your suggestion!
Workaround suggestion:
- Create a private shadow project
- In the guest project, add a rule to add all tasks to the shadow project, but not vice versa.
- In shadow project, unhide the “projects” column so it is clear which tasks are visible to the guest.
- You could even divide sections or custom field values to separate private and public tasks, and only add the tasks marked as public to the guest project.

I don’t think it’s recommended to set visibility for each member of a project, either in practice or from the perspective of Asana’s concept.
We suggest you consider using Asana’s team, project, and multi-homed systems.
