We are using workflows with rules to automatically create tasks, and we’re leveraging variables to populate the task description from the trigger task.
However, we’ve encountered a limitation: only the plain text from the trigger task’s description is being pulled into the new task. Any embedded graphics, screenshots, or live documents are not being transferred.
Is there a workaround for this? Specifically, we need a solution that can handle dynamic content like screenshots and graphics, which change each time the rule is triggered.
