I keep getting an error, “A sync error occurred while reordering [name of task]” after creating a task and attempting to reorder it. I’ve tried rebooting the app etc. This has been ongoing for many months.
Steps to reproduce:
Create a task, attempt to drag in to a different spot to reorder, see dialog box with error message
Browser version:
iOS on iPad and iPhone , updated to latest version
Hi @Emily_Roman, this is happening when “Sort” is set to “None” when viewing My Tasks in the app (no specific project view). That said, I just tried the app again and am not seeing the error. I’m currently in a different location so I’m wondering whether it’s related to wifi connectivity.
Thanks for getting back to me, @Steve_Frances! If the issue was solved when you switched to a different connection it’s likely that this was a connectivity issue. I also wasn’t able to reproduce it. If the issue persists when you are connected to different connections please don’t hesitate to reach out to us!
@Emily_Roman I think I’ve seen this issue off and on over the months, so I’m not sure whether it’s resolved, but I can’t reproduce it at the moment. I’ll circle back if I see the issue again.
