I’ve connected to ASANA via the Power BI connector and have all the data I need apart from the sub-task data. It looks like you’re not able to access this data via the connector and it seems to be a feature that other users have requested with the link below.
This is data we really need. Is there a way to access this data using a different API which I can then join in Power BI?

There is a workaround that I found. You can sync the data of any ASANA report with google sheets and this data does include the sub-task data for a project. All you need to do then is link power bi to that google sheet and append the sub-task data to the rest of the data in the way in which you want to view that sub-task data.
I don’t think ASANA will ever add sub-task level data as I believe you can add up to 5 levels of subtasks each of which would required it’s own data extract due to the many to one relationship.
