Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:
Steps to reproduce: I go into my deliverables portfolio where all the status updates are found and most of them don’t show the actual update now they just have the date. It is like that across several different people who are doing the updates, so I don’t think it is something someone has done differently.
Hi @Natalie_Bouy , I can re-create this but only if there is no text in the first section of the status update (‘Summary’ is the default), even if there is text in the next sections.
Is that the case perhaps with some of these status updates that you see as blank?
Thanks @Natalie_Bouy , that’s good to establish this, and along with your screenshots and the information you provided, this will help the Asana team to look into. Could you also provide your browser version?
Btw, have you tried this using another browser or an incognito/private window? Or try clearing your cookies? Or should I assume that your colleagues/members can see the same thing?
I can only reproduce this by not adding content in the first section of my status update, as suggested by @Richard_Sather.
If you definitely have content in the first section of your status update, I would recommend reaching out to our support team (support@asana.com) with the following info:
A link to this thread, so you don’t have to re-explain everything
A screenshot of one of the status updates for which you only see the date + a link to this status update
With this information, we should be able to push our investigations further! I’m moving this thread to the #bugs:closed category in the forum, as we’re reaching the limits of troubleshooting this on the public forum, but please let us know here what the issue was once you have figured this out with our support team
