Our team operates as essentially a marketing firm for the rest of the company, so we have Asana set up with a request form that auto-populates each request as a task into a project. We receive hundreds of requests and have a considerable backlog of completed tasks now. Our leadership finds it valuable to have records of all the past tasks we’ve done. So, I’m curious if anyone has advice on how to make this cleaner without just deleting these? Thanks!
