Solution for single users Timetracking in Desktop/Mobile App

I’m a one-woman studio, and at the moment I don’t collaborate via Asana. My main use case is managing my own to-dos across several projects, administrative tasks, and smaller tasks within larger design projects that I shouldn’t forget, using both desktop & mobile app.

I also need to manage tasks within projects and track the time spent on them. Ideally, I’d like to be able to export my time tracking per project to an Excel file. I’d like to be able to log my time per day in one overview and assign it to different projects. That is possible with an add-on.

Since I’m not interested in financial or workload goals, the features in the free personal plan is more than enough for me, but I would happily pay for an time-sheet add on (and potentially more add ons). I’m not interested in the features of the starter plan and two seats. But Asana doesn’t offer a solution at all for my usecase. Is there any work around for me to get this payed add ons also as a ‘personal user’?

ps. An add on for proposal creation would be also awesome even though this is not existing yet, as I understood.

Welcome, @Katharina-Anna_Goetz,

I’m afraid these aren’t currently available from Asana. Third party solutions likely all require a paid plan (two seats minimum), and won’t work on mobile.

Don’t forget to click the title to scroll to the top and vote by clicking the Vote button; that’s the quickest and most effective way to express your support for a request.

Please create a second topic in English Forum > Product Feedback for the proposal creation request since that’s a separate one and then vote for that too.

Thanks,

Larry

I run a small nonprofit had some success in integrating toggl which is free and just a timer when we were smaller and as we grew we moved to everhour to retroactively add our time and export timesheets. We found this an affordable solution. We have grown and have upgraded to the new timesheets add on to have it all live in Asana but we are on an advanced plan so that was a cost effective solution for us.
