Slack integration. Can´t 'Add as a task in ... Asana'

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:
Connected Asana with Slack, now I want to be able add Slack comment as a comment to a specific task in Asana.
However I’m able to create new task in Asana in Slack.
Steps to reproduce:
After I click ‘Add as a coment in … Asana’ nothing happens, no popup windows as explained in tutorials.
Browser version:
Versión 83.0.4103.116 (Build oficial) (64 bits)

Do you mind uninstalling and reinstalling the integration and confirm if the issue still persists? I added the instructions below:

How to install/uninstall:

  1. Install - Slack
  2. Uninstall - Remove apps and custom integrations from your workspace | Slack

Hi Emily thanks for your reply.

Ive successfully uninstalled all applications, including Asana.

Now Im starting to instal, after using the link (it has 2 option to log in: 1)Sing in with Google and 2)I have a guest account

Ive choosing 1) sing with google, then has a Google login form, but the field to put my login looks like oficina5planta @asana.com
and i cant use my gmail login (oficina5planta) to login in.

I could go with 2nd option and choose Guest account, but Im not sure.
