'Sign in with Microsoft' button

It would be great if there were a button to sign in with Single Sign On, much like the Log in with Google button.

Sorry if my suggestion was confusing. I was asking if we could get a button that says
“Sign on with Windows” or something of the like.
It was a little unclear that to log in with Azure you just type your Microsoft email with no password. Something like this:
