Your earlier post here is slightly different (it’s not restricted to portfolios but rather a new kind of custom field). If you agree, I’d recommend you create a new request in Product Feedback and then vote on it. Note, though, that to display any numeric as a progress bar, you need an additional value specified: the total value (as opposed to just the current value). So I think you’d have to request either 1) a custom field shown as a bar where you specify two values, or 2) a percent custom field (only current value is required, not two values) that displays as a bar–this could be implemented as a special format of the existing custom field, I’d think, alongside “% Percent” perhaps as “% Percent as Progress Bar”
