When creating a new project from a template that includes project roles, it would be really helpful to see each user’s job title in the assignee dropdown - and even better, surface users whose job title matches the role name at the top of the list.
Example: if the role is “Project Manager”, users with the job title “Project Manager” should appear first, making it much faster to assign the right people.
This would save a lot of time in larger organizations where you can’t always remember who holds which role.
