Should I add clients as Guests to their projects?

@Bastien_Siebman I think you are on to something here. Guests are unique to orgs. Aside from a full member, Workspaces have Limited Access Members which I believe are paid users (when the Workspace is under a paid license)

@Adam_Polansky_Shapir the easiest way to tell if you are working in a Workspace is whether you are able to add a Team to your account. If not, it’s a Workspace!

HI Jerod.

It worked! I created a new @mydomain.com email address with go daddy.
Logged into Asana and changed my email address.
Changed form a workspace to an organization.
Added a couple @gmail addresses for clients to my projects

AND it works! I’m only using one Member licence now.

One last question as a newbie here. Im trying to connect Zoom to my account. I don’t see it as an available App when I go to Apps. What I missing?
