I know there are ways to sync to calendar via google cal, but I’m wondering if it’s possible to share our teams jobs (within projects) with our larger marketing org via google calendar? Rather than sharing a link for each member of our team is there a way to consolidate all our projects, tasks and share to one calendar view?

the best way I can suggest is to create an advanced search report, save it, and select the calendar view as default. Then you can share this URL to anybody from your organization and they will access in Asana, to any task, under a calendar view.

Do they have to be members in Asana or will it allow someone not in Asana to still view?
