There is no ability to select text / Optical Character Recognition (OCR) text in the tasks preview mode of the attached file, which supports PDF and image files. Why not make such an option?
Limited budget and resources? 
@Nazar_Trokhymchuk , if it helps, AI Studio can read your attachments and create summaries or short previews that can be added to a text field, for instance.
That’s something that Asana has definitely spent considerable budget and resources

I definitely agree that this is something that needs improvement. In most platforms where you preview a file, you can select and copy text, so it can be a bit frustrating not being able to do that in Asana. Specially for PDFs. Added my vote!

Thanks! Yes, but it’s a bit of a waste of AI credits when I need to copy just one sentence, for example:))
